beginner boxing (level 1)

If it is your first time to boxing, this class is for you! Suitable for beginners, you will learn the basic fundamentals of boxing. From your boxing stance to throwing a punch correctly, our coaches will guide you from the ground up.
Boxing 101
Get comfortable with your basic boxing skills in this class. With an emphasis on good form, you will learn various punches and movement patterns.
Boxing Bag Work
Come get your sweat on! Great for building up your cardio, speed, and stamina, learn the proper ways to work with various bags.
Boxing Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning circuit based HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. Get your heart rate up and feet moving.

Boxing Movement
Get comfortable moving like a boxer. Take your fundamentals boxing skills to the next level. Learn various punches, partner drills with offence/defense movement patterns.
Boxing Pad Work

Want to spar but hesitant how it will go? This class is for those aspiring to join our sparring sessions. Get comfortable moving around in the ring with partner drills guided by a coach.

Yes, we offer a trial class so you can experience our training style and see if our gym is a good fit for you. Please contact us to schedule your trial session.
Appropriate workout wear & shoes are mandatory inthe gym. (No slippers, boots, open-toed shoes, etc.)If you have hand-wraps or gloves, please bring themin. For your first class, we have used ones that you can borrow if needed.Be sure to bring a water bottle to stayhydrated.
As we want to limit the class to ensure the quality, we do recommend you to reserve before class to secure your spot.
Yes, we offer modifications for those recovering from injury. It’s important to consult your doctor before starting any new physical activity. Our trainers will work with you to adjust exercises and avoid aggravating any injuries.
