Youth class
In our youth class, your child will learn to listen and follow directions from our coaches. From learning the fundamental skills of boxing, they will acquire various motor skills, improve concentration and make new friends. Our goal is to provide a fun, positive environment for children from an early age as building blocks for an enjoyable healthy lifestyle for the rest of their lives.
teen beginner class
Learn the fundamentals, techniques, and the art of boxing. Not only does boxing build strength and self-confidence, you will learn the values of what hard work and dedication can bring. Be a part of our positive, uplifting community.
Advanced teen class (AT)
From the basic boxing skills acquired from our regular Teen class, our AT Class has an emphasis on technical training. With various partner drills, intermediate level combinations and techniques, we are constantly challenging our teen’s potential to achieve greatness. Not only will their dedication to training further physical strength and capabilities, our fundamentals lie in challenging the mind. We value a growth mindset in all aspects – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

Our classes focus on teaching the fundamentals of boxing, building fitness, and instilling confidence, discipline, and respect in a fun and safe environment.
In general, our youth class is for kids 5-10 and our teen class is for teens 11-18. However, we understand that schedules can vary, they can join our adult classes if they’re ready and comfortable. We’re happy to accommodate your needs.
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Our youth programs are non-contact at the beginner level, and sparring is only allowed when a child is ready and comfortable. We ensure all activities are closely supervised, and proper equipment is always used.
Yes, parents are welcome to observe classes. We encourage parents to see how their children are progressing and enjoying their training.
