Boxing 101
Beginner friendly boxing class. From footwork to how to throw a punch. (Take up to 5 classes before moving onto our other classes!)
Boxing Intro
Brand new to boxing? Recommended for beginners and first timers to boxing. Learn the basic foot work and movements of boxing.
Boxing Conditioning
All levels welcome. Circuit based boxing HIIT training. Be prepared to get your heart rate up and feet moving in this class.
Boxing Movement
All levels welcome. Get comfortable moving like a boxer. Full body workout integrated with boxing skills.
Boxing Technique
Intermediate level class. Focusing on boxing techniques and footwork. Great for those who want to progress their boxing skills.
Fighter’s Club
Exclusive training for our competitive athletes. Must be registered with Boxing BC to attend.
Boxing Youth / Boxing Teens
Ages 6 -12 / Ages 13 - 19
All levels welcome. Learn the fundamentals of boxing. Exercises to support boxing footwork & skills. Build strength, confidence, & learn the importance of hard work with discipline.
Women’s Only
All levels welcome, women only. Learn to box and get a full body workout to get toned.

Want to get in a workout by yourself? Come and utilize our gym! We have squat racks, free weights, cable machines, cardio machines & more!
